Joe Lindsey
Elder
Joe is a staff elder and The Orchard's founding pastor. He serves the church as its primary preaching pastor, as well as overseeing its vision. Joe has been married to his wife Stephanie since 2013, and they have five children – Blakely, Bristol, Brightynn, Bridger, and Brooks. He has served in local church ministry since 2014.
Adam Capps
Deacon of Operations
Adam Oversees facilities, scheduling, and operational logistics. Manage budgets, and with stewardship and accountability. Ensure compliance with church policies and safety standards. Collaborate with pastoral leadership to align operations with the church’s vision and mission.
Kelsey Capps
Deacon of Hospitality
Kelsey Leads and coordinate hospitality teams to greet, assist, and care for members and visitors. Oversees guest services such as welcome centers, greeters, and follow-up with newcomers. She helps create a culture of belonging by training volunteers in gracious communication and attentive service. Collaborate with pastoral leadership to ensure hospitality aligns with the church’s mission and vision.
